What are the costs of registration and housing?

Registration: $75 for students, $85 non-students.
We currently have a block of rooms at UCLA reserved at $68/per person/night based on double occupancy. This price includes a complete all-you-can eat breakfast buffet each morning. There is not a 22% tax for UCLA housing like there would be at a hotel. YOU PAY NO TAX- ONLY A FLAT RATE!!!"

What does the registration cost cover?

Everything except room and board.

What if we make a deposit and we want to send someone but plans change and they cannot attend?

You may send someone else in their place; you would just need to contact Deb Eskew at register@hereamisendme.net to let her know whom you'll be sending.

What are the amenities of the residential housing?

Some rooms have a private bath, while others have 2 rooms with a private bath between them.

Under what time frame can I still be guaranteed housing?

Housing is guaranteed until December 5th.

Can I choose with whom I stay? If so, how?

Yes, if you register on line for the on campus residential housing.

Can I stay somewhere else in LA and still come to the conference?

The goal is to have everyone stay on campus in the residential housing and enjoy the entire experience of being together. We are familiar with the area and staying on campus in residential housing is by far the best way to maximize the enjoyment of your stay.

We need to reserve the rooms as soon as possible. We currently have a block of rooms reserved, but not enough for everyone planning on attending. There are more rooms available, but UCLA can release these rooms to the first group to reserve them. When we reserve a room, we become financially responsible to UCLA for that room. We are only reserving them as they are reserved through the web site, where a deposit will hold your room and the remaining balance will need to be paid by May 1st. We will be posting updates whether or not campus housing is still available.

There are no hotels within walking distance. There are hotels in the area--they are just very expensive ($200/night) and you will have the added expense of travel to and from the conference. Upon registering, you may attend the conference and find your own lodging

Will there be any free time at the conference?

Yes, we value the fellowship and there will be plenty of free time.

Is my down payment refundable?

No, please understand we are obligated financially and cannot refund the down payment. You will also be obligated to pay the balance.

Who's planning this conference?

We have two planning committees representing churches from all over the world. One group is planning the teen portion of the conference and the other is planning the campus aspect.

Can I still come if I'm not directly involved in the Campus/Teen ministry?

If you are planning on being involved in the campus or teen ministry in any way or desire for your church to begin one, please join us.

Who else has committed to coming to the conference?

Churches around the world are committed to sending delegations.
